Products purchased online that have not been worn or washed can be returned with a receipt within 21 days of purchase. Customers will need to cover the cost of shipping items back. If you have a problem with your order, please contact me before sending it back, as you may need to send it directly to the manufacturer. Products purchased in the store do not have refunds available, unless you arrange it with me at the time of sale.
Diapers can NOT be returned due to health reasons. If you are trying out diapers for the first time, pre-wash one and test it out before washing the entire order.
SHIPPING
If you are local, you may choose to pickup your order from our store location on 164 Ottawa Street North. All other orders will be sent by Canada Post within one business day. At this point, I only ship to people in Canada. The shipping fees are as follows:

PAYMENT
At this time I accept PayPal as payment. Paying with PayPal allows you to pay in PayPal's secure Internet environment. You do not need a PayPal account to make payment -- PayPal accepts many different credit cards. Local customers who choose to pick their order up at the store may choose to pay with cash or by credit card.
